WHY IRAN?

1. The representative of the Israeli regime at the United Nations shredded the UN Charter, the great international organization in the history of mankind established to maintain international peace and security, in front of the world’s leaders and the global society.
2. The Israeli regime’s foreign minister declared António Guterres, the UN Secretary-General, as “persona non grata” and has barred him from entering the occupied territories.
3. The Israeli army attacked UN peacekeeping forces known as UNIFIL, who were stationed in southern Lebanon under UN Security Council Resolution 1701, resulting in a large number of causalities of personnel.
4. The Israeli prime minister announced that UNIFIL forces, stationed in Lebanon based on a UN resolution, should withdraw or retreat from Lebanon;
   Despite all of these four hostile actions by the Israeli regime, which violate all international rules, regulations, established customs, and recognized international norms, the US has not even indirectly or implicitly condemned any of these immoral and illegal actions.
   Meanwhile, in the Security Council session regarding Israel’s brutal aggression against Gaza and Lebanon, the US opposes any decision against Israel and insists that any outcome of the Security Council must be destined against the Islamic Republic of Iran instead.
